Loss Control Academy, operating this Loss Control Academy service, uses information you provide to operate the training service, respond to requests, process enrollment, maintain course progress, issue certificates, and support recruiting-partnership workflows you choose to join.
Information used to provide the service
- Account and contact details such as name, email, optional phone number, and general location.
- Course activity, quiz results, completion status, and certificate records.
- Enrollment, coupon, refund-status, and partner-attribution records. Card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored by this site.
- Messages and lead forms you submit, plus security and request data needed to prevent abuse.
Optional analytics and advertising tools
On this U.S.-focused service, Google Analytics or Google Tag Manager and Meta Pixel may load when you visit so we can understand site use and measure campaigns. They remain off if you previously disabled optional analytics or your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal.
You can review or change this setting at any time using Your Privacy Choices in the site footer. A Global Privacy Control signal always overrides a previously saved permission on that browser.
Service providers and partner workflows
The service uses providers such as Stripe for payments, Render for hosting, Resend for transactional email, and Cloudflare for security. Recruiting information is shared through Underwriter Services Association workflows only where the site describes that pathway or you choose to provide the requested information.
Your choices
You may disable optional analytics without losing access to account, security, payment, or course functions. To ask about your information, correction, or deletion, contact [email protected]. Some transaction and certificate records may need to be retained for operational, fraud-prevention, or legal reasons.
